All employees, Board Members, interns, contractors, and volunteers are informed of Disability Connections' confidentiality requirements when they begin their relationship with the organization.

Each individual is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement acknowledging their responsibility to protect confidential information and understanding the consequences of unauthorized disclosure.

Photographs, Videos, and Marketing

Disability Connections respects the privacy of everyone participating in our programs and activities.

Photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, or identifying information used for marketing, publicity, publications, social media, fundraising, or promotional purposes will only be used after obtaining an appropriate signed Media Release from the individual or their authorized representative, unless otherwise permitted by law.
